Triple P: Positive Parenting Program
(5-8 years old)
An 8-week course for parents of children 5-8 years old who are experiencing behavior challenges. You’ll learn about proven, effective strategies and have support from instructors and other parents in similar situations as you put your new skills into practice.
Handle with Care
(4-6 years, parenting program)
Developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre in Toronto, Handle with Care is a 6 week group based program that offers families and caregivers a better understanding of how to promote and foster children’s social and emotional wellbeing every day.

An interactive group to help children develop skills they need to be flexible social thinkers and social problem-solvers.
